2. Following diagram #1 to make half square triangles.
Mark a pencil line across the diagonal of the
squares. Sew 1/4" on each side
of the pencil mark. Cut apart on the pencil line. Press each square
to the
darker fabric.

3. Square up each square to 2 1/2".
4. Assembly:
1. Use the diagram below to line up pieces for the block.
2. Sew together using 1/4" seams, first vertically then horizontally to complete block.
This block should measure 12 1/2" when completed.
