Trying to decide on what I wanted for the February Block of the Month was only challenged by the number of blocks that I had to choose from.  I knew I wanted to do a block that had "nothing" to do with Valentine's Day as there are already so many flooding the internet right now.... so when I came across this 9-patch block pattern I knew right away this was the one!
